2 Dogs Found Tied To Fence Post In West Haven: Animal Shelter

WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with information on two dogs that were found tied to a fence post.

“These two sweet girls were found tied to a fence post on Washington Ave.” officials wrote in a post on Facebook. “They both had collars on with leashes attached, no tags or microchips. If anyone has any information on these sweet girls, please contact West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between the hours of 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Leave all voicemails in the general mailbox.”
