Lanes Reopen After Crash On I-95 In West Haven

(Original post) WEST HAVEN, CT — I-95 South is congested for several miles between Exits 51 and 42 because of a two-vehicle crash between Exits 43 and 42 in West Haven, according to state transportation officials.
The right and center lanes are closed.
