Dog Abandoned At West Haven Animal Shelter: Officials
The "sweet girl" was left outside the shelter's door in a carrier, according to officials.
WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding the owner of a dog that was abandoned outside the shelter.
Officials said the “sweet girl” was left outside the shelter door in the carrier (pictured).
The person responsible for leaving the dog was driving a white SUV.

The dog had a skull collar on, no tags, or microchip, according to officials.
