Dog Found Abandoned At West Haven Animal Shelter: Officials
The dog was found tied to the fence at the animal shelter, according to officials.
WEST HAVEN, CT — Officials are asking for help with information on a dog that was found tied to the fence at the West Haven Animal Shelter on Monday morning.
“This sweet girl was found tied to the fence of our shelter early this morning with a black leash attached to a makeshift collar that she could slip out of,” officials wrote in a post on Facebook. “If anyone has any information on this sweet girl, please call the shelter any day between 8am and 3pm please leave all voicemails in the general box.”
