WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This handsome guy was found roaming on Savin Ave wearing a collar but no tags and not microchipped," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone one has any information on where this sweet guy lives please call the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between 8am and 3pm any day, please leave all voicemails in the general voicemail box."
