"This sweet girl was found roaming on Campbell Ave near Walgreens wearing a collar, not tags and the microchip is not registered," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone has any information on her please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 any day between 8am and 3pm. Please leave all messages in the general voicemail box."
