"This handsome boy was found roaming on Captain Thomas Blvd.," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "He has a blue collar on, no tags or microchip. If anyone has any information on this handsome boy, please contact West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between 8am- 3pm."
