"Found Roaming on Jones Hill Rd wearing a harness with no tags and not microchipped," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone has any information on this little girl, please contact the West Haven Animal shelter at 203-937-3642 between 8am and 3pm any day please leave all voicemails in the general voicemail box."
