"This handsome pup was found roaming on Norfolk Street," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "He has a blue collar on, no tags or microchip. If anyone has any information on this pup, please contact West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between the hours of 8am - 3pm. Please leave all voicemails in the general mailbox."
