"This handsome pup was found roaming on Dogwood Rd and Dogburn Rd.," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "He has a black collar on, no tags or microchip. If anyone has any information on him, please contact West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between the hours of 8am-3pm. Please leave all voicemails in the general mailbox."
