Man Found Dead Inside Vehicle In Restaurant Parking Lot: West Haven PD

WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a vehicle in a restaurant parking lot Friday morning in West Haven.

Police responded around 11:50 a.m. to the rear parking lot of Rerun’s Café on Main Street on the report of an unresponsive male inside a vehicle, according to Sgt. Scott Allard.

Allard said West Haven Fire/Rescue also responded and pronounced the man dead.

The Detective Division has assumed the investigation, according to Allard.

Allard said the preliminary investigation suggests that the case is related to a medical issue.
