‘Mystery’ Restaurant Plans Approved In West Haven: Report
Plans for a new restaurant were recently approved by the West Haven Planning and Zoning Commission.
WEST HAVEN, CT — An application for a “fast-casual” hamburger chain restaurant was recently approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission to be built at Saw Mill and Meloy roads in West Haven, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports plans call for two houses to be knocked down for the restaurant to be built at 12 and 22 Meloy Road, directly adjacent to Mekahs Halal Spot at 403 Saw Mill Road.
The restaurant’s identity is currently unknown, but was described as a "fast-casual" hamburger chain with three locations in Florida, according to the Register.
