Obituary: Frank P. DeMeglio Jr., 98, of West Haven
Frank owned and operated the Cannon Beauty Salon in Westville before retiring as a custodian for the West Haven Board of Education.
WEST HAVEN, CT - (From West Haven Funeral Home) Frank P. DeMeglio Jr., age 98, a lifelong resident of West Haven, passed away on August 22, 201.
He was born Sept. 11, 1922, in West Haven, son of the late Frank P. and Carmelo Casino DeMeglio. He is served by several nieces and nephews.
Frank was predeceased by his brothers Alphonse & Vincent DeMeglio and his sisters Frances Chiarmonte, Sophia Criscuolo, Rose Cusano, Concetta Giamo and Ann Foley.
He was a proud US Army Veteran, serving during WWII. Frank owned and operated the Cannon Beauty Salon in Westville for many years and then retired as a custodian for the West Haven Board of Education.
Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Maplewood, Orange for Frank’s special care for the past 12 years.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday 1pm at Oak Grove Cemetery.
