Obituary: Laraine A. Bernardi Goldberg, 78, of West Haven
Laraine, always dedicated her family, worked as an assistant office manager for Dr. Kumu & Dr. Benedict Fernando for over 30 years.
WEST HAVEN, CT - (From West Haven Funeral Home) Laraine A. Bernardi Goldberg, age 78, of West Haven passed away peacefully on July 28, 2021.
She was the beloved wife of 50 years to the late David Goldberg.
She was born in New Haven, a daughter to the late Rali & Gilda Paolini Bernardi.
She is survived by her loving sons, Anthony (Dana Lynn) Goldberg, and Greg (Margot) Goldberg, 4 beloved grandsons, Evan, Daniel, Noah and Branden, and her brother, Gary Bernardi.
Laraine grew up in Allingtown, and worked as an assistant office manager for Dr. Kumu & Dr. Benedict Fernando for over 30 years.
She was an avid reader, loved spending time with lifelong friends, and enjoyed her time at the shore.
The great joy of her life was her grandchildren and her family was extremely important to her.
She will be missed.
Visitation will take place on Sunday from 3 – 6 PM at West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, August 2 at 10 o’clock in Our Lady of Victory Church.
Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
