Marlene Torre, 94, of Orange passed away on November 24, 2025 surrounded by her family at her home. Loving mother of Mark (Donna) Wajnowski of West Haven, Gregory (Selina) Wajnowski of San Rafael, CA and the late Michael "Waj" Wajnowski. Marlene is survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sisters, Lorraine Zito and Georgianna Robertson, and brothers, Richard and Jerome Torre. Marlene was born in New Haven on December 11, 1930 daughter of the late Alfonso and Fannie D'Antonio Torre. Prior to her retirement, Marlene was a secretary for many years at the University of New Haven.
Family and friends are invited to A Mass of Christian Burial on MONDAY, December 1, 2025, at Holy Infant Church at 12:30 pm. Entombment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum of St. Lawrence Cemetery.
