Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Kristen has been working as a teacher for 25 years. She recently has been teaching ESL classes. There are over fifteen different languages in her classroom. Some children have been raised in camps and have never been in a classroom. These children are smart and eager to learn. She says it is super challenging, however, she would not want to be doing anything else. She LOVES these children and their parents. They are all so appreciative.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

She is kind and patient and really cares for the children and community.
