WEST HAVEN, CT — The 2025 municipal election is heating up in West Haven with plenty of races on the ballot.

Voters will cast their ballots in the Nov. 4 election for the position of mayor, along with seats on the City Council, Board of Education and more.

Served on City Council for 10 years, 2007-2019

Why are you seeking this office?
I feel that the City is going in the right direction and I still have something to offer with my past experience

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
Taxes... I’ll work hard to hold the line and join in a team effort to bring solid economic development and growth to the city

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
The differences aren’t major, we all want what’s best for the city and our community, I have a break in experience and can bring that experience back to the city

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
Public safety, education and growth are the three pressing issues in our community

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I’ve worked with others to hold budgets in line without cutting services, built the new high school and continued supporting our public safety entities to ensure we have a safe community

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Stay in the moment and take time to enjoy your surroundings

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
West Haven is trending upwards with a lot of exciting things happening and there are many more opportunities for investors and the community to work together to create a better environment for the citizens and make the city a destination for everyone
