West Haven Man Arrested In Fatal Crash: Report
The crash led to the death of one man and the serious injury of his wife.
MONROE, CT — Nearly five months after a fatal crash on Rte. 25, a West Haven man was arrested Thursday at his home, reports the News Times. Louis Maiorino, 58, was arrested after his car crossed the double yellow center line on Rte. 25.
The crash led to the death of Daniel Falls and the serious injury to his wife Betty Falls. The department's serious accident reconstruction team investigated the crash.
The couple was riding on a motorcycle when they were struck by Maiorino's car. Daniel Falls operates F&D Excavating and Falls Fuels, both of which are located in Brookfield.
