The resident won $30,000 on a $30,000 Cashword ticket that was sold at Scooter's Deli Mart at 484 Bridgeport Ave. in Shelton, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners' full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
