The resident won $10,000 on a Jumbo Bucks ticket that was sold at Vista Shell at 714 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners' full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
