West Haven Woman Charged In Theft Of Cell Phone In Branford: PD
A customer's cell phone was stolen while at a business in town.

BRANFORD, CT — A customer’s cell phone was stolen while at a business in the North Main Street/West Main Street area on July 9 around 6:30p.m., police said.
Police Sgt. Konesky was patrolling the area at the time of the theft. With the assistance of Officer Loftis and Officer Abely, the cell phone was recovered, and two individuals believed to be involved in this incident were arrested, police said.
Leonardo Cantres, 46, of New Haven was charged with sixth-degree larceny. Felicia Julianelle, 31, of West Haven was charged with criminal impersonation and interfering with officers.

During this incident, another individual in the area was taken into custody due to an outstanding warrant with charges stemming from another town, police said.
