WHEAT Of West Haven Awarded $10K Grant

WEST HAVEN, CT — WHEAT, Inc. of West Haven has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Archbishop’s Annual Appeal through its Vicariate Outreach Program, officials announced in a news release.

The funding will help WHEAT continue its mission to ensure that everyone has enough to eat, according to the news release.

“Because of great partners like the Archdiocese of Hartford, WHEAT, Inc. can continue the fight against food insecurity,” Program Director Heather Scutti said.
