Yale’s Whiffenpoofs Perform Benefit Concert At West Haven Veterans Museum
The concert was presented by the city and raised funds for the Hood Terrace museum, a living history of America at war.

WEST HAVEN, CT — (Pictured): Mayor Dorinda Borer and state Rep. Bill Heffernan, D-West Haven, join singers of Yale University’s Whiffenpoofs at the group’s benefit concert Saturday at the West Haven Veterans Museum.
The Whiffenpoofs, the nation’s oldest and best-known collegiate a cappella group, performed a wide range of old-time Yale tunes, jazz standards and other hits from its acclaimed songbook in front of a sold-out crowd.
The concert was presented by the city and raised funds for the Hood Terrace museum, a living history of America at war.
