New Details In Navin Murder Trial: Report

EASTON, CT — The girlfriend of Kyle Navin, accused of murdering his Easton parents, plead guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit murder and hindering prosecution, reports the Connecticut Post. Jennifer Valianteplead guilty to charges in connection with helping Navin cover up the alleged murders.

However, a guilty plea under the Alford Doctrine means she did not admit guilt, but that she could be found guilty if the case went to trial.

Navin is accused of killing both his parents separately and hiding their bodies in a friend's yard in Weston. He's charged with two counts of murder and one count of murder under special circumstances.
