Britta is a fearless and inclusive community leader and woman of God. She serves at Norfield Church tirelessly and works across Boards from Christian Education to the Board of Trustees

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

There is no job or mission to large or small to Britta. If it involves creating inclusivity, assuring fairness and education and creates community, she is skilled and involved in creating the reality. While serving on several boards as member or Chair, Britta Lerner sets a standard of excellence and creates process and systems that allow efficient communications and delivers a template of success to those that are candidate to any role she fulfills.
