The following announcement is from the Westport Parks and Recreation Department:

WESTPORT, CT — The Parks and Recreation Department announced today that lifeguards will be on duty at Burying Hill Beach from 10:00am to 6:00pm through Sunday, August 21. Effective Monday, August 22 through Monday, September 5, no lifeguards will be on duty at Burying Hill Beach.

Compo Beach lifeguards will be on their regular schedule through September 5, 2022.
