A few weeks ago Patch shared <a href="https://norwalk.patch.com/groups/giving/p/when-pets-live-to-60-years-rescuing-parrots_0b59b685" rel="nofollow">the story of Wilton Parrot Rescue,</a> a group of dedicated volunteers who find homes for parrots who often outlive their owners as they have a life expectancy of 60, sometimes even 80 years.  <ul><li>Tag Sale This weekend the rescue is planning a fundraiser that kicks off  on Friday, Sept. 27 with a 3-day sale (10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.) running through to Sunday, Sept. 29th.
