Parents as Teachers is a free service sponsored by Oliver Ellsworth Family Resource Center for Windsor residents.

As a parent, you are your child’s first and most influential teacher.  Parents as Teachers can help you lay a strong foundation for your child’s future success in school.  

Parents as Teachers is offered free of charge to parents of young children (birth to 5 years old) and pregnant women and teens.

Parents as Teachers provides: Parents as Teachers provides: Home visits by a certified parent educator, developmental screenings, connections to community resources, prenatal information and other supportive services.
