New Restaurant Opens In Former Home Of Recently Closed Windsor Tavern
The owner of a popular restaurant in Windsor has partnered to launch a new establishment.
WINDSOR, CT — A new restaurant officially opened Tuesday inside an old firehouse in Windsor, town officials say.
It's called Station 1633 and is located at 20 Union Street, the site of the former Union Street Tavern.

The new eatery was launched by local restaurateurs Rich Schuler of Tunxis Grill and Ken McAvoy of Agave Grill.
The restaurant is now open Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
