Superintendent Candidate Pool Established
Applications are no longer being taken, and a pool of applicants has been established.

The Windsor Board of Education is no longer openly soliciting applicants for the permanent position of superintendent and has established a candidate pool for the vacancy, according to Dr. Craig Cooke, director of human resources for Windsor Public Schools.
The board will begin to review applications this week, said Cooke, with the assistance of its consulting firm, New England School Development Council (NESDEC).
Cooke could not release the names or number of applicants for the position, saying Interim-Superintendent Dr. Ernest Perlini may be able to release the numbers.
