Warriors Win 3rd Straight CCC Championship

The boys improved to 21-3 after beating Glastonbury at Bulkeley High Friday night.

Up by one with less than one minute remaining Windsor's Quinn Fleeting hit a three pointer to extend the Warriors' lead to five. Windsor never gave up its lead, defeating Glastonbury in to win its third straight CCC Championship, 74-67.

Glastonbury's Jordan Baker led all scorers with 38 points, but his effort wasn't enough to bring down the Warriors at Bulkeley.

The game was the third meeting of the two teams this season, with each team winning once.

Now, Windsor is set to enter the CIAC tournament as the No. 6 seed in the state.

Windsor will take on Hamden at home on March 4.
