The BOP Coffee Roastery will officially welcome customers to its new café with a soft opening this Thursday, Jan. 8, beginning at 8 a.m., according to the business.

The soft opening marks the first chance for the public to step inside the roastery’s new flagship space at Founders Square. The café will debut with limited menu offerings, as the team eases into full operations.
