February 20
John Murphy, 44, of 162 Raising Trail Drive in Middletown, was charged with engaging police in a pursuit, disobeying the signal of an officer, speeding and having no headlights.
Chastity Keating, 20, of 49 Pomfret Street in Hartford, was charged with second-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.

February 21
Jennifer Burke, 41, of 1 Abbot Road in Ellington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration and risk of injury to a child.
