Andrew Baker, 38, of 7 Ryefield Hollow Drive in Bloomfield, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and simple trespassing of railroad property.
Cori Magnotta, 29, of 9 Rogers Road in Portland, was charged with embezzlement and first-degree identity theft.
