Windsor Public Schools To Accept Preschool Applications March 1
Children who will be three or four years old on or before January 1, 2024, and are Windsor residents are eligible to apply for preschool.

Windsor Public Schools is accepting applications beginning on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, for the 2023-2024 preschool program. Children who will be three or four years old on or before January 1, 2024, and are Windsor residents are eligible to apply for preschool.

Half-day preschool classes are located at Oliver Ellsworth and Poquonock Schools. Full-day classes are located at Poquonock School only but families who attend both Poquonock and OE may apply. Families must provide transportation for their students to and from school.
Preschool applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the year. The selection process for 2023-2024 openings will begin on April 1 and families will be notified by May 15 regarding the status of their applications.

Applications received by March 31 will be considered in the initial round of placement.
