Windsor Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor resident recently won $10,000 on a lottery ticket that was in Hartford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $10,000 on a Play 4 ticket that was sold at Smoke & Munch LLC at 605 Albany Ave. in Hartford, according to Lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
