WINDSOR, CT - A Windsor resident is $37,708 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 25, the big winner from Windsor, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from Bloom's Discount Liquor in Windsor and won $37,708.
