EAST WINDSOR, CT — A public hearing regarding the possible addition of an Aldi discount grocery store on Route 5 will resume Tuesday.

At its March 25 meeting, the East Windsor Planning and Zoning Commission received plans from Arya Hospitality Group LLC for a 20,664 square foot store on a vacant parcel between the Comfort Inn and a car wash at 151 Prospect Hill Road. At the meeting, commissioners approved a zone change, from a Business 2 Zone to a High Intensity Zone. An updated site plan was submitted, and the hearing continued to April 8.
