Authorities Take Homicide Suspect Into Custody In Windsor Locks: PD
He is being detained in a Hartford facility in lieu of $2 million bond, according to police.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A local man wanted in connection with an April homicide in Hartford was taken into custody by local, state and federal authorities early Wednesday morning on a warrant charging him with murder.
Denton Young, 38, was arrested at a house on Spring Street around 5 a.m. by law enforcement officers from the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Hartford Police Major Crimes Unit and Windsor Locks Police Department. They entered the home and deployed noise diversionary devices used to disorient and distract during high-risk law enforcement operations, police said.
Young was charged in connection with the April 1 death of Michael Coleman, who was found lying in the roadway at 84 Vine Street in Hartford as officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert. Coleman was later pronounced dead at a hospital, police said.
