Elizabeth (McIntyre) Bartley, 86, of Windsor Locks, beloved wife of Dana Bartley, passed away peacefully at home on April 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She graduated from Hall High School in West Hartford in 1956. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Elizabeth's life was rooted in faith, family, and love. She was a longtime member of the Windsor Locks Congregational Church, where she found deep spiritual community and comfort.
Herbert J. Duval Jr., 92, beloved husband of 33 years to Joan (McGarry) Duval, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel. During his distinguished military career, he was assigned to the 8th Reconnaissance Technical Squadron as a photo intelligence officer. At Westover Air Force Base, he became chief of evaluation, overseeing the performance of operational and proposed government reconnaissance camera systems. He continued his commitment to service by becoming a coach at Granby High School in Massachusetts.

Otis McNutt III, 42, passed away unexpectedly on April 6, 2025. He was raised in Windsor Locks, and had made Enfield his home for 20-plus years. Otis was a graduate of Fermi High School and will be remembered for his creativity and unique spirit. He had a passion for video games, comic books, anime, and drawing - interests that brought him joy and allowed him to express himself in meaningful ways.
Gerald Rudolph, 77, of East Windsor, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. He spent many years residing in Enfield before making his home in East Windsor. A man devoted to community and service, Gerald was a proud and longstanding member of the Masons. He volunteered for many years with the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association, where he also served as an instructor. Professionally, Gerald was a self-made entrepreneur, owning and operating several Subway stores throughout the area.
