WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — Here are some recent death notices from Windsor Locks and East Windsor.
Leslie (Ruggiero) Blow, 67, of Enfield, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025 on the anniversary of her son Justin’s passing. Leslie was a proud parishioner of St. Mary Church in Windsor Locks. Following his military service, he worked with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for over 26 years, and was more recently the Port Director, Customs and Border Patrol, at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks.
