After 30 years of dedicated public service to the citizens of Windsor Locks, Susan R. Barsanti has announced her retirement. During which time she served with six First Selectmen over seven administrations, Sue Barsanti, the Queen of Town Hall, has retired. The Central Conference Room on the second floor will henceforth be known as The Susan R. Barsanti Conference Room.
