East Windsor 'Tip-A-Cop' Event To Benefit Special Olympics

EAST WINDSOR, CT — Those looking to dine out on some seafood locally might want to go out on Wednesday, May 3, and help a good cause in the process.

The East Windsor Police Department will be at the Maine Fish Market Restaurant, 60 Bridge St., East Windsor, for a "Tip-a-Cop" event.

On this night, officers working at the restaurant will pool their tips and donate all of them to Connecticut Special Olympics, part of a longtime partnership of support Connecticut police departments have with CT Special Olympics.

Wednesday's event is from 5 to 8 p.m.
