I-91 South Reopens After Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle In Windsor Locks
State police said a pedestrian was seriously injured in a crash on I-91 South near Exit 42 in Windsor Locks Monday evening.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Interstate 91 South has reopened following a pedestrian crash Monday evening in Windsor Locks.
According to Connecticut State Police, troopers responded around 5:30 p.m. to a car versus pedestrian crash on I-91 South near Exit 42, on the Dexter Coffin Bridge. Police previously said the pedestrian suffered serious injuries.
The highway was temporarily closed while emergency crews and the Department of Transportation responded. As of the latest update, the roadway has reopened.
