WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — The Fourth of July fireworks display in Windsor Locks for 2023 actually comes well before the Fourth itself.

It's scheduled for June 23 at 9:30 p.m.

The display is part of the annual Windsor Locks Fire Department's annual carnival, which runs June 23, 24 and 25 at Veterans Memorial Park, 118 Southwest Ave.
