Traffic Advisory: Expect delays near Windsor Locks Funeral Home on Spring Street Thursday afternoon into the evening as many gather to honor WL Fire Department Lt. Andrew Hill, who passed away unexpectedly at 52. Lt. Hill served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the WL Fire Service. Please be mindful and keep his family in your thoughts during this time of grief, police said.
