Windsor Locks 2024 Primary Elections: What You Need To Know
There is a Democratic race on the Aug. 13 primary ballot in Windsor Locks.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — The main election event is set for November, but there is a preliminary bout Windsor Locks residents will weigh in on next month.
Winners of Connecticut's Aug. 13 primary races will advance to become their party's banner bearer in the general election.
In the 7th Senatorial district, Democratic Enfield Town Council member Cynthia Mangini is vying for the nomination against Windsor Board of Education member Nathan Wolliston. Represented for the past three decades by Republican John Kissel, the district encompasses Enfield, Somers, Windsor Locks, Suffield, East Granby and parts of Windsor, Ellington and Granby.

Polls will be open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Aug. 13.

Primary early voting in Windsor Locks will be conducted at town hall from Monday, Aug. 5 through Sunday, Aug. 11. Early voting may be done from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., and until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6 and Thursday, Aug. 8.
