Windsor Locks Man Identified As Victim Of Fatal Collision In Suffield

SUFFIELD, CT — Police have identified the victim of a fatal collision last week involving a dump truck and another vehicle.

The victim was identified as Michael J. Gondek, 44, of Windsor Locks.

The crash occurred July 17 around 8:47 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street. The road was closed for more than seven hours while investigators worked at the scene, police said.

Investigation into the cause of the crash continues, Capt. Robert Palmer said.
