According to Windsor Locks Police, a local spa owner <a href="http://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/local/Woman-Charged-With-Human-Trafficking-at-Spa-182394831.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">allegedly held a woman against her will and demanded the woman perform sexual acts for clients in order to buy food, NBC Connecticut has reported.</a> According to NBC Connecticut, 38-year-old Chun Lam Tam Wang was charged with human trafficking, as she allegedly lured the victim, a Chinese woman who speaks very little English, from New York City.
