Windsor Locks Public Works Employees Trained In CPR, Narcan, Bleeding Control
Officials said the sessions help ensure Windsor Locks crews are ready to respond during medical emergencies.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Workers from Windsor Locks Public Works and the Water Pollution Control Authority recently completed emergency medical training, according to a social media post from the department.
Officials said the training included first aid, CPR, AED use, Stop the Bleed techniques, and Narcan administration. The sessions help meet required safety rules and prepare staff to act quickly if someone is hurt or experiences a medical emergency.
